• Basic technical data: standard request information such as referring page, needed to operate and secure the site.

2. The carrier data we distribute

The motor-carrier records delivered through the Service are public business records published by FMCSA / USDOT. They concern businesses and the contact details those businesses filed in public federal registers; we compile and clean this public information.

3. How we use data

• To provide, bill for, and support the subscription.
• To respond to contact-form enquiries.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

4. Sharing

We use Stripe to process payments and may use standard infrastructure providers to host and deliver the Service. We do not sell your personal account data. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as your subscription is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
