This policy explains cancellation and refunds for FreshDOT, operated by Nordenfeld Co., Ltd..
There is no fixed-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective immediately.
When you cancel, we refund the unused portion of your current billing period on a pro-rata basis. For example, if you cancel halfway through a paid month, roughly half of that month's fee is refunded. The refunded amount is calculated from the date we receive your cancellation to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
