Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for FreshDOT, operated by Nordenfeld Co., Ltd..

1. Cancel anytime

There is no fixed-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective immediately.

2. Proportional refund

When you cancel, we refund the unused portion of your current billing period on a pro-rata basis. For example, if you cancel halfway through a paid month, roughly half of that month's fee is refunded. The refunded amount is calculated from the date we receive your cancellation to the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. How to cancel

Send a cancellation request through the contact form on our home page using the email associated with your subscription. We action cancellations promptly and confirm by email.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
