These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FreshDOT (the "Service"), operated by Nordenfeld Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FreshDOT compiles, cross-references, and cleans publicly available motor-carrier records published by the U.S. Department of Transportation / FMCSA, and delivers the result to subscribers as a regularly updated data file. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of FMCSA or USDOT.
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method the then-current fee each billing period until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time; there is no fixed-term contract. On cancellation you will be refunded in proportion to the unused portion of your current billing period. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The data is provided for legitimate business-to-business outreach. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including compliance with applicable telemarketing, anti-spam, and do-not-call regulations in your jurisdiction. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data as a standalone product.
The underlying records are sourced from public government data and reflect information filed by the carriers themselves. While we clean and cross-reference the data, we do not warrant that every record is complete, current, or error-free, and the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordenfeld Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
